All files that are incomplete or submitted after the deadline or which do not meet the criteria will be excluded from the process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/article>\n\n\n\n<article class=\"bMain bMain--noDP wStd cdf-vert jsAnimateClass animateGeneric\"  data-class=\"animateGeneric\">\n\n\t\n\t<div class=\"typo typoLinks tCols3\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div>\n\t\t\t\t<h3>THE APPLICATIONS WILL BE EVALUATED BASED ON THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Justification of the application (25%)<\/li>\n<li>Interest in the industry (20%)<\/li>\n<li>Involvement and achievements (25%)<\/li>\n<li>Career goals (20%)<\/li>\n<li>Quality of the file submitted (10%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div>\n\t\t\t\t<h3>WHO WILL EVALUATE THE APPLICATIONS?<\/h3>\n<p>A selection committee will be formed for each of the two components. Each selection committee is made up of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2022 1 representative from the Coalition<\/li>\n<li>\u2022 1 representative from ChAD<\/li>\n<li>\u2022 1 representative from LARAQ<\/li>\n<li>\u2022 1 industry professional (appointed by the Coalition following a call for applications)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The composition of the selection committees will be available in January 2025.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div>\n\t\t\t\t<h3>FINALLY, INTERVIEWS WILL BE HELD:<\/h3>\n<p>The candidates who received the highest scores during the evaluation of the files will move on to the final stage: an interview via Teams videoconference with the members of the selection committee. The goal is to get to know the candidates better and discuss their career plan, objectives, and vision. Candidates will be judged according to the quality of their answers and their level of motivation. The candidate who stood out the most in their category will be named the winner of the Marcel-Tass\u00e9 Award.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/article>\n\n\n\n<article class=\"bMain bMain--green wStd onDark jsSectionDark jsAnimateClass animateGeneric\"  data-class=\"animateGeneric\">\n\n\t<header class=\"iHead\">\n\t\t<h3 class=\"cOrange\">WHEN WILL THE MARCEL-TASS\u00c9 AWARDS BE GIVEN OUT?<\/h3>\n\t<\/header>\n\n\t<section class=\"iContent typo typoLinks\">\n\t\t<p>At the end of the selection process, the Coalition will inform the candidates of the result.
