BECOME A MENTOR WITH ACADEMOS
Academos connects young people aged 14 to 30 with the reality of the world of work thanks to a virtual mentorship application that allows them to speak free of charge with thousands of professionals who are passionate about their jobs. Support young people in the career selection process by sharing your experience in property and casualty insurance and help promote the industry.
Propel your career through mentorship with LARAQ
The Association de la Relève en Assurances du Québec’s mission is to help the next generation in insurance create a network of contacts while encouraging them to enter and remain in the industry. In collaboration with the Coalition, it has established a mentorship program for future insurance professionals who want to be guided by experienced professionals. Its goal is to support the next generation in their professional development and career advancement.
OPEN YOUR DOORS TO THE YOUNG PEOPLE
INTERNSHIPS WITH BUSINESS CLASSES
Welcome Secondary III and IV students during the summer for an internship ranging from one day to one week. Offered exclusively in the Montreal region, this program from Montréal Relève relies on job shadowing to help young people choose their careers.
INTERNSHIPS WITH JEUNES EXPLORATEURS D’UN JOUR
Two days are organized. One is dedicated to the insurance sector in the Chaudière-Appalaches and Capitale-Nationale regions. Aimed at Secondary V students, this internship shows them what property and casualty insurance looks like and allows them to meet professionals. The other takes place across Quebec and aims to introduce different business sectors according to the interests of secondary students. P&C insurance companies are invited to participate.
